Commercial Roofing Company in Missouri - Williams American Construction, Inc ... "We Roof America"
Type of Roofing Service Needed:
When hiring a roofing contractor, we suggest that there are several things to consider during the process.

✔  Most importantly is “Are They a Local Contractor?”, or have they just come to Missouri or Illinois for the work related to the many hail storms that frequent      our communities, and then leave?

✔  Do they carry Workers Compensation on all of their employees? Are the people working on your home employees of the company, or are they                         subcontractors? If they are subcontractors to the company that you hired, how are they insured against injury?

✔  How are you protected? Ask the question, it is important.

✔  Do they have General Liability Insurance? If so, show me.

✔  Are they a licensed roofing contractor in your community? Ask for the license number.

✔  Do they belong to any of the various organizations local roofing contractor belong to?

✔  Do they have a place of business, an address? Do they own their building or do they rent?  Does someone pick up the phone when you call?  How long have they been a part of the community?

✔  ReferencesReferencesReferences are ALWAYS important.  View a list of our Clients.

✔  Do they give you a proposal with a detailed list of the products supplied and the work preformed?

✔  Do they ask for a down payment before the roofing work is started? If so, why? The company that your hire should have the ability to provide the labor and        materials, complete the work and then invoice you for the work. If they do not have the ability to do that, then how will they have the ability to honor a                workmanship warranty in the future?

Residential Roofing Services Including Attic Insulation
Usually the first question that we are asked about our residential roofing services is, “How much will this cost?" There are so many features of your roof that make it unique from any other roof that we recommend having a thorough inspection and estimate first.

The choices available to you and your roof may vary according to your house style, roof pitch, etc., so once an inspection and estimate have been made, you can safely balance your budget for your home's needs.

As the Residential Manager at Williams American Construction, John personally inspects each and every residential roofing system upon completion.  The project is not considered complete until he officially says so.

John Graham has been in the roofing industry for 30 years. He has personally worked as a laborer, shingler, estimator, foreman, inspector and project manager.

John ran his own small roofing business for over 20 years, but knew that he would be able to service his clientele more efficiently if he was with a larger company.  After being contacted by Williams American Construction, Inc. his choice was made; he would officially become a part of our team.  Knowing how quality and home owner satisfaction was priority at Williams American Construction, John knew their overall philosopy was the same; it was a perfect match.
